黑琵軼棧民宿，希望讓踏上旅途或停下腳步的旅人，在此可以放鬆心情，體驗台南慢生活之餘，還可以吃上台南文化小吃。而民宿主人不僅僅提供、分享自己所生活的空間，在地生活了近30年的他們也能夠推薦、分享給來到這個城市的旅人，【讓旅人體驗不一樣的台南，帶領旅人體驗更深入的在地文化之旅。】以歐式風格為設計元素的黑琵軼棧，位於台江國家公園，鹽水溪出海口面湖濱水鳥公園的位置。會把民宿命名為黑琵，背後有個溫暖意義，希望藉由【黑琵】鳥帶給大家一個愛護大自然的小忠告，也希望旅人可以藉親近大自然進而療癒心靈的慢生活體驗。民宿房間中加入了【棧】-棧板的環保設計概念，還有【軼】的意義，希望這個地方可以帶給停下腳步的旅人一個美好的回憶，也帶走屬於他們的快樂和感動，而來到黑琵，溫馨及完善的公共空間是希望可以鼓勵旅人間可以多交流和分享，帶走更多的故事和感動。

This is what Taiwan is known for, hospitality, and interaction between people. 
Tainan is a historical town in the north of Taiwan, the structure of building and the environment is suitable for relaxing trip. Ken, the owner of Happy Hostel wish to share the simple and happy lifestyle to everyone. 
Ken spend his teenage life in Europe and Australia, and he is in love with the historical European style building. So Ken decide to build a hostel with European style but still retain the Tainan warmness and lifestyle. 
To maintain the quality of the Hostel and also the living quality of the visitor, Happy Hostel has only 5 rooms, with a big living room for more interaction between visitors for sharing their experience and story.
